We are located at 1299 Pacific Highway, Turramurra NSW 2074, just a 2-minute walk from Turramurra Station (William Street side). Parking is available at the council car park behind the building next to Coles, as well as street parking on William Street.
Yes, we are currently welcoming new patients and families.
We are primarily an appointment-based practice. Walk-ins may be seen if availability allows.
We are a private billing practice. Bulk billing is only available for children under 16 years of age on weekdays.
Private billing allows us to provide unhurried, high-quality care with longer consultations, continuity with your chosen GP, and a focus on preventative and comprehensive healthcare.
Yes. Medicare rebates apply to eligible consultations and are processed on the day.
We accept EFTPOS, credit/debit cards, and contactless payments. All card payment will incur surcharge.
Please bring your Medicare card, and any relevant medical information.
We ask for at least 4-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Yes. We aim to create a calm and welcoming space for children and families. Our team works with a gentle and patient approach to ensure positive visits for little ones. We also have changing facilities available and children’s activity table in the waiting area.
Your doctor will advise when your results are expected. Unless told otherwise, please book a follow-up appointment to discuss them. Once your results have been reviewed, you will receive an SMS advising whether they are normal or if your doctor would like to see you to discuss them further.
For privacy and quality of care, results are not discussed with reception or over the phone, except in special circumstances as determined by your doctor.
Yes. With your consent, we can request your medical records from your previous GP or medical practice. This helps us provide safe, continuous, and well-informed care. Our reception team can assist you with the process.
The doctors at Rotem Medical Family Practice do not do home or Nursing home Visit’s.

Alternatively, WiSE Specialist Emergency Clinic, Macquarie Park is available 7 days a week 10-10 including public holidays with a facility fee.
